30 minute phone consultation to troubleshoot with me and get quick advice on simple sleep problems
Package Description
This phone call is an opportunity for us to talk together and come up with a simple plan to solve mild to moderate sleep problems. It is a 30 minute phone call where you can walk me through the issues you're experiencing and I can give you some tips for things to change or try to help solve them. This is the perfect way to get some more help if you've taken one of my sleep classes, if we've worked together one on one before or if you have questions about routines or certain sleep situations. Some examples of things I can help with on this call are: early morning wake ups, false starts at bedtime, fighting sleep, short naps, dropping an overnight feed, age appropriate schedules, sleep training tips, and travel tips. This consultation does not come with a written or complete sleep plan, but just a way to get some quick personalized advice. If you're looking for follow up support and more in depth help, look into my Support Packages! This consultation takes place over a phone call if you're in the US or Canada and will be over Zoom if you are outside of that.
