Introductory Call

Package Description

This free 15 minute introductory call is available once to everyone. It's an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about what I teach before you book a package or purchase a class. You can give me a run down on your current sleep situation and I will walk you through my support packages and/or sleep classes based on which I feel like would be most helpful to you! You can ask me questions about what I teach, what the process would look like and any other questions you have about your specific child. This is designed to be a way for us to get to know each other before we dive into working one on one and can help you feel more confident in the direction we'll go together. When you book, please double check your phone number and email are correct! If you're inside the US or Canada I will send you a text before our call to make sure you're still available and our call will take place on the phone unless you ask for it to be on Zoom. If you're outside the US or Canada, check your email (and your spam folder) before our call as I will send you a Zoom link to join. It will be camera's off, just like a phone call.
